International Folkdance

I have been folkdancing since I was in high school, taught by the wonderful couple, Al and Teddy Wolterbeek in the Tance El Dorado group. International folk dance is usually choreographed, or semi-choreographed dance. The dances come from a variety of cultures, countries, and ethnic groups. My favorites are Israeli, Romanian, Armenian, Russian, Turkish, and Greek.

My husband and I currently dance with the Davis International Folkdancers, which meet at 7 pm every Sunday evening at Bet Havarim (1715 Anderson Rd, Davis)
